To dial into this call centre is as painful as pulling teeth! If you just want to discuss accounts you have to go through 20 options listen to 50 adverts... I challenge the management of multichoice to dial their own call centre and listen to it. We discussed it the other night and all the people nominated it as the worst service ever. We feel that they do it that way so that they don't have to provide a service. Make it simpler, better faster. More user friendly and less adverts. We dial from cell phones that we pay for!!!
