I was on the Computicket website at 9am 30 Jan 2013 waiting for Skrillex ticket sales to start.
1st of all the ticket sales didn't open at 9am as stipulated.
2ndly, i had 6 early bird tickets in my basket, when i clicked to check out, the site crashed.
For the next 5min the site said they are experiencing problems.
When i added the 6 early bird tickets to my basket, still displayed as R300 each, the final figure was R400 each (R2400)
I don't know how in this day and age, you cant choose a proper hosting company that doesn't crash when demand becomes high. This has cost me R600 more than necessary.
