she didn't even have the decency to call back after I spent about 20 minutes holding on to finally speak to someone... Apparently you must get a kick back from or own vast shares in cellphone companies... You really cant be so stupid that it has not occurred to anyone there that is a GLARING flaw in your system. You service and your staff are awful! Andile was the only one who was helpful after this catastrophe .. Palesa you! You need to take a class in customer service before you work in customer service!
