Today was not the first time that this happened but I've just had enough!! Every time I contact Multichoice to reconnect my DSTV after I've paid, I end up spending a minimum of R30 airtime without getting through to the call centre. This is unacceptable! I run out of airtime and am still not reconnected. They don't offer to call you back after knowing that you've spent more than 15 minutes holding and listening to the same song play over and over. Get more staff!
