Hi all
I attempted to use the R100 rebate offered by DSTV for customers switching to the Debit ORder payment method.
After my 5th e-mail that received no response, I sent a final e-mail asking for confirmation that my Debit ORder request will not be processed.
I firmly believe that if a request for a Debit Order is too complicated for DSTV to process, just imagine the havoc that their incompetence will wreak on your account once they get their grubby claws on it!!!
Beware, fellow DSTV subscribers! Beware!
