BAD SERVICE AND STAFF ATTITUDE

Took my children to the 09H00 AM movie on Sunday the 3rd November to watch Khumba 3D. Firstly the show started at 09H00 and they only opened the roller door at 09H00, still had to purchase tickets, and then when they opened, the ticket lady was off line. She then sent me to the popcorn stand to purchase tickets there and he was not even open yet and his computer was still off. He sent me back to her, and then I received a bad attitude from the lady again. When we went to purchase drinks and eats, the lady infron of me wanted to pay with her card, and the card machine was not working, so that delayed us another five minutes. Meanwhile the movie trailers had already started and my children were upset as they were missing the trailers. When we finally got to go into the cinema, there was nobody there to check our tickets. So we just walked in. For the price of movies these days, a person expects good service. This is not the first time, as I was at the movies with my sister in the week, and the service was also pathetic. I am a regular movie goer, but this type of service makes a person not want to go anymore.
