Overall service of the palace was appalling, my husband was refused into the dining area as he was wearing sandals, however the next evening I noticed most guests wearing sandals. We had to produce identification each time we entered the palace, other guests weren't asked to produce it. Also the staff at the front desk were unhelpful and the room was not cleaned on time when it was cleaned all the detergents were left behind in the room.
