I noticed a daily amount of R 4.39 subtracted from my wifes cellular account - cellc.
I mailed Customer care who replied with the company name Boungiorno.
I also called cell C accounts who gave me a number in Cape Town I Touch 021 4178001
I was advised telephonically and as per web site [URL Removed] Instructions to unsubscribe *120*5133#
It has been two months and i can not reach anybody to cancel the subscription.
I have lost quite a sum of money as a result. Please can somebody help me to stop this subscription.
