ILLEGAL UNAUTHORISED BILLING!!!

I contacted cellc to enquire why the available balance was dropping by so much on a daily basis when I hardly make any calls, the consultant advised that the deductions where from a subscription by smartcall. I have never subscribed to anything from STS or from anyone else.

I dnt even know what they do or who they are!!!

I called STS to find out what was going on and spoke to a Philemon who advised he will put me through to Evon who would sort it out, apparently she is on leave and the person I spoke to said she couldnt help and would put me through to someone who could, this turned out to be no one as she put the phone down.

This is ILLEGAL, I have never authorised or consented to a subscription from or to STS.
UNSUBSCRIBE me NOW, and I want a FULL REFUND by next week!!!

Please be advised that I will do whatever it takes to get my money back.

Someone better contact me first thing tomorrow morning to sort this out.
