We drove 100km from Nottingham Road to Pietermaritzburg to exchange a DSTV decoder. Due to rain and traffic, we arrived at 16:31. Mr Pillay was at the door and refused to let me in as it was after 16:30 the closing time of the shop. There were still clients being processed inside the shop meaning that the systems were still in operation. No amount of my pleading my case would sway Mr Pillay to allow me to exchange my decoder. He simply did not care to put himself out. To say that I was furious is an understatement.
