I am hearing impaired and keep having trouble with subtitles, they show only partial subtitles, they lag, they disappear. It makes watching movies very difficult. Since the 16th of January I have been requesting assistance via your Facebook page to get them sorted out but to no avail. Here the links:

and as a last resort I asked for a number where I could lay a formal complaint

Is this the kind of service you are giving your subscribers, service that you are proud of? This is seriously the absolute worst service I have ever received from a company.
