I have a debit order with multichoice for the DRIFTA package which is 45 rand a month
In January I notice that it was increased WITHOUT WARNING to R 57.55
This is not the way a supposedly customer friendly service provider should act
In fact I think it's disgusting that they do that without letting their clients know before hand so the client can make provision for the increase in their monthly budget
What would have happened if there had not been enough funds in the bank account to meet the enlarged premium
Would they pay the RD fees of the bank and also for any other creditors whose debit orders would have bounced because of their callousness
I think not
It's a stuff you attitude
DISGUSTING and I think the people responsible should be taken to task over it
