Angry and dissappointed about after service

My Top TV machine has been giving me technical problems for about the past 2 weeks. I have been paying Top TV since 2010 and on phoning several times to get to the bottom of my problem they now say its the machine which is faulty and I need to buy a whole new unit eg. machine and satelite dish for R499-00. How does this work!!! Top TV is giving us no after service. i have cancelled my Top TV with immediate effect.
