Purchase Telescope

A new telescope was purchase on 27 May 2022. I received a number 2205050 as proof. A week later i was informed that the specific telescope was out of stock. I am waiting 2 moths for the refund. As i tried to contact the product department the person always said that they will returned my call and i am still waiting for the call. Please assist with this matter. Regards Irene Viljoen
