Peermont Frontier inn
Firstly i called too enquire about pricing as i am from Gauteng. Ask if there is family rooms. The lady gave a price and said yes there is family rooms.
We get there to Frontier Inn peermont hotel. Only to be told the price is higher and no family room. We were stranded as we are from Gauteng, had to pay higher rate. Then the lady says no family rooms
Kids must sleep on mattress on the floor
Gave us two matttress both couldnt fit in our room. Now that my friend also booked here we had to inconvenience them too keep one child to sleep on the mattress on the floor. Next day we were told kids are not covered for breakfast. Like really.
We waited 2 hours for our breakfast.. oh gosh then we gamble and the payout is incorrect the 2nd night we there. Told management, He said technician is gone home. He will switch off the machine. They will only turn on once i get a call from them. So the next day i took my family out. No call. I come back i see the machine on. I told the attendant to call the technician. He check goes for an hour or so. And says he will pay the balance just to make peace. Gosh this casino is robbing as i play often in emperors and i know how to calculate winning. Then the wednesday night the 29 December 2021. I play another machine in that i win the highest paying which was the ladies in the games. Only missing 1 and the second last row. Again i got robbed payout wasnt right.
My husband go tell the manager and apparently they cant go back on the machine. I explained it was in the games. They keep saying there is no proof. Then apparently techinican is gone home. Its like a micky mouse casino. Im checking out the 30th december 2021.
I want this situation resolved as i was robbed for my winning. Now they making me seem like a liar. Then need to check there footage. I play so often in Emperors never got so badly treated.
Frontier inn peermont is pathetic.
