From the 24th of November my top tv service is suspended and nobody can provide an answer as to why this happened, I phoned the call centre 3 times, spoke to an agent named Manini, who said someone will come to my home because my LNB cable is faulty. Nobody has come to date. I paid my TOPtv subscription 3 months in advanced. Can only view promo channel. Please help urgently.
