11/12 . From this morning I've am not able to view my channel of choice, I get the following message "This service is blocked", My account is fully paid as it is payed via a debit order. One cant not get to the supplier as their only telephone lines is down. They have not branches or walk in centers where you can be helped.
NO self help if you have internet.
