I have never had a good experience at Sterkinekor Northmead Square but today (01/02/2014) was the worth. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic and when one asks for help they offer none. All their lines were offline on the self service tills and their was only one cashier working with a long line of customers waiting. Their cinemas are dirty and look terrible. Today is the last time I will ever go there and I will encourage anyone I know not to go there.
