I called the Multi choice help line at least 8 times today, i counted. i asked the ageant i spoke to to activate my account the payment was made through at retail outlett, she insisted the funds are not visible and there fore cannot assist. i asked if she could then check later and come back to me, she said she is unable to come back to me, I am still trying to call some one to reconnect for me, the line is engaged its almost like my line is barred, this is incredibly bad service form the provider and the ageant. I dont see value for my money for i pay for a service.
