I got a message on screen that I must pay my account before 31/1 with an amount of R724.86. So I paid an amount of R725 on 30/1. Great was my surprise when I learned that my account was cut-off on 31/1. It was even a biger surprise that the attendant, with a bit of an attitude, stated that I said I would pay on 28/1 and the system cut me off and they will charge me a re-conncetion fee. Why do they then send an email to our screens with a date and their system do not follow this? I am also going to report this on facebook and send a copy to the consumer council.
