You have (once again) not deducted my monthly debit order, which is scheduled for the 27th of each month. Please rectify this as a matter of urgency, as I will not be responsible for reconnection fees if my service is suspended! This will be a 3rd time... when can I expect you to wake up and sort out this very simple thing? It is the 30th today, honestly. I am not prepared to sit on the phone for another R500 just trying to call your incompetent call center... again, my time wasted here by telling you to do your job.
