TopTv/Star Sat TV or whatever it's called has to be one of the worst service providers this country has ever seen. I'm just about ready to take my business back to Multichoice because the service I'm paying for i might as well not have a satellite dish to begin with. Firstly i want to comment on the quality of programming, this has to be an absolute joke to put it mildly. The movies are from way back when before most of us were born, I MEAN LIKE REALLY., the image quality is the worst, and just embarrassing, i cannot remember the last time i actually sat down to watch a movie. Secondly, the images keep on freezing while watching tv and it has nothing to do with the weather, we keep getting a technical fault error on our screens now and again and it's annoying the life out of me, if i had hair i would have pulled it all out. I think TopTv clients deserve a full month or even a YEAR of free service to compensate for this shoddy service. Someone from that call center of yours please call me back and tell me the procedure for cancelling my service. I'm pretty sure that most people that work at TopTV HAVE DSTV at their homes, LOL... not that I would blame them.
