POOR SERVICE

My Top Tv now STARSAT used to go off on debit order, now at the end of December I had no money in my account as I was unemployed, on the 4/1/2014 my husband bought nearly R 500 worth of vouchers to have the system reconnected, I got home tonight just to find out that my TV was once again disconnected, I called starsat and asked them how long is a voucher valid, and they said 30 days now from the 04/01/2014 to 28/01/2014 is not 30 days, I then asked to be reconnectred and was told no I must reload because apparently I did not pay enough, the consultants who loaded the vouchers could have told me to load more for a whole month but they did not NOW I AM SITTING WITHOUT A TV AND I TOLD THE CONSULTANT NOW TO TAKE THE F... TV AND SHOVE IT WHERE THE SUN DOES NOT F... SHINE!!! THEY ARE USELESS AND CANT THINK FOR THEMSELVES ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS TO GET THE CALL BEHIND THE BACK SO THEY CAN SIT AND TALK AND NOT WORK, I WAS SUPPOSE TO LOAD R 500 AND NOT R 440 AND NO ONE TOLD ME THAT USELESS CALL CENTRE AGENTS!!!
