We booked and paid the WHOLE amount (not only the deposit) for 100 glass for our wedding. The day before the wedding when we wanted to pick up the, they informed us that they gave the (already) paid, to someone else. They only had 60 available for me. We took it and they agreed to pay back the difference. The day after the wedding they refused to give the money back in cash and said we must wait for the payment. A month after the wedding, we receive only the original deposit amount. After phoning them 6 times, they keep on saying we must wait until they pay back other deposits of other brides. How can a big company not make an electronic transfer? The contract said they have 20 word days to pay us back, but almost 2 months has passed since we already gotten married on 7 December 2013. Staff members just keep on saying that only the owners can do something and nothing further happens. I think is very bad service since brides like me are their advertisement to my fellow friends getting married and looking for wedding distributors. They are taking money that is not theirs!!!
