I paid full amount for items I wanted to rent from them for my wedding. Two month's prior to my wedding I was so stressed out that I decided on a wedding coordinator to assist me. She changed quite a few things and eventually the theme of my wedding changed. She went to consult with The Wedding Warehouse to find out if they could please move the money I paid to another function she will use the credit for. She didn't even ask for a refund. They refused to do it and insulted my wedding coordinator so badly on a personal level, she just left the shop. Two month's later I receive an email from them stating that I haven't returned what we rented. The whole of PRETORIA is talking about what a bad company this is. Please NEVER EVER even consider using them they are the rudest, most unprofessional people. They try and scare you with the fact that the owner is a lawyer. As if he thinks he is the only lawyer in Pretoria. Louis, the owner, was now so rude to my wedding coordinator on the phone laughs at her, scorns her, belittles her, says she hasn't got the money to take them on in a legal way. Renette, owner as well told me now we are F common people. Oh my word I am shocked!
