While watching the 17:00 Wolf of Wall street show on the 24th January the sound suddenly went off half way through the movie. The possible cause of the loss of sound was probably the storm outside. However, nobody from Ster Kinekor management even informed us the reason for the sound outage, or that we should leave the cinema and receive a refund at the tills. Luckily I followed the people and heard the news outside that I can get a refund.
The problem with the refund is that it does not repay me for the hour and a half I lost or the pop corn and drinks I bought. This time could have been spend better somewhere else. I will not go back to see the movie, since I will have to wait an hour and a half before I will be able to continue.
