I went to the wonderpark branch on saturday evening 25/01/2014 to watch the 20:15 movie and purchased snack with an additional slush, the slush had no ice which defeats the porpuse of the slush and i complained to the manager i think her name was Patricia and she told me that the machine was loading after the rush of the 20:00 movie and she said she will give me a cold drink, if i wanted a cold drink i would buy one, i did not appreciate the value i got for my money. i did not appreciate the response i recieved as i believe that provision should be made when you have back to back shows and overall i am very much unpleased. i visit the cinema various times and i will not be going to wonderpark if this is the kind of service i get when i spend my money for mediocrity.
