10 days ago I reported a problem I had with my decoder and was promised that it will be exchanged for another one at the randburg office by a customer consultant (Mzwandile) as he has checked and verified that it has a technical fault. Today when my brother takes it back to them an arogant guy named paul told him I have to pay R360 for repairs when I called him to ask for my conversation recording he said he will get it in 72 hrs. I then said why doesn't he give me someone who will help me he rudely said he was the only one who was going to attend to my complaint. I'm sick of these people I don't believe they could treat their customers like that. Why are they selling products that get damaged in a years time and demand that we pay for repairs while one was never responsible for the damage. I think I will have to take this matter further to the consumer protector as clearly I'm being billed for services I don't use and at the same time have to stand for their nonsense.
