I had booked a UNIT, Guesthouse nr 2, almost a year in advance for my 20th Wedding anniversary, bookde it in March 2013 for the weekend of 24 January 2014. It was incorrectly cancelled, and when I contacted the staff of Weesgerus, Barlisa, offered to give us 2 chalets for the weekend, but is was more than doubel the price we were going to pay for the booked unit, which is totally unacceptable. I tried contacting the Manager of Weesgerus, Mr Gerrit Van Tonder, but he has not even made an effort to discuss the matter with us, obviously showing total disregard for his long exsisting clients. I have been a loyal client of Weesgerus for many years, making bookings very regular and referring clients to the resort.
