So I read that your call center is being upgraded, Please tell me what for? Its not the call center that the problem but the people that man it, your consultants are rude, know absolutely nothing about your product and haven't a clue about customer relations, This sounds like an excuse not to buy any decent product and just use our money on this BS, Looking forward to increase time though and lets see what you offer then, personally if I do not see SS1 And SS2 on a cheaper bouquet, It looks like we will have to call it a day, stop with the greed and give us some quality instead of the mind numbing cheap junk that you purchase from the bargain bins./ At the end of the day all I have it for is the sport, My user name should tell you where I get my entertainment from and loving it
