I was pushed from pillar to post when I tried to contact Sun International after hearing about a promotion on the radio this morning - which I was told is an old promotion and ends at the end of this month (January 2014).
I called both the resort number and the central reservations number atleast 5 times before getting a straight answer from Lebogang who has terrible people skills.
She had a bad attitude and spoke to me as if she was doing me a huge favour to answer my enquiry. Please change your attitude Lebo because you are in customer services and that is your job. Sun International for all their ridiculously high costs should ateast attempt to organise themselves better so that both their call centres know what promotions they have on air and can assist potential customers in a proper and professional manner so that people dont waste their time calling several times only to be told that the promotion is an old one.
