Good Day

I visited the ster kenikor on the 17th December. I swiped twice and each time R250 was deducted from my account. After that I paid cash on top of that. The Manager told me to bring my bank statement in order for my money to be reserved back into my account. I did take my statement the following day. I battled since then to get my money. January the 7th they deposited half of the money and they said it was a mistake they will deposit the other half ASAP which they never did. I am very angry because I use my time, resources and money to call them now and again and they keep lying to me over and over again. I think I should add the telephone bill also because they are quiet knowing they owe me. It's not about the money but about their to me as their client. I am not happy at all about this its 37 days and this problem is going on. I am dissatisfied about this they took me outta budget now they even lie
