I have a problem with our dstv signal at work and after being given their commercial division's ph. no in jhb i have now been holding on for 27 min and 43 sec already and no one has answered. i think that is very disgusting. no feedback of where i am in the queue or how long i will have to wait. just awful. for such a big company that presumably says i must hold on my call is important to them... bull!!
if it was important they would have picked up already.
