Poor service and quality all around

There were several things wrong with this evening.

1. The ticket booking system was faulty and so slow that it timed out and double charged my credit card. I queried this with the people onsite and they said no not to worry that this happens and the transaction did not go through, even though I got the SMS to my cellphone about this. I asked for a contact number of the manager I could call if I checked my bank statement and it was indeed double charged, which they did not give me saying that it shouldn't be an issue. Well I have been double charged and cannot get into contact with anyone to get this sorted out.

2. The refreshments were of a shocking quality, my girlfriend and I both got Slush puppies and popcorn. The Slush Puppies were 80% melted, so it was like drinking slightly flavored water and the popcorn they gave us was all and some of it burnt!!! I don't know if on a Sunday night your trying to get rid of old stock or what the plan is but this will ensure people never come back.

3. The movie itself started about 15minutes late, I'm referring to the actual time the screen came on, normally I wouldn't bother me too much but after everything I was just fed up!
