I logged a complaint on 22 Nov 2013. Still have not received any feedback or response since.
This was the complaint:
I went to go try and see hunger games today with my wife. We could hardy watch the movie. The children where making so much noise. And running around in the cinema. We went and call someone more than once to come and calm them down. Even other people went to complain. But none of your staff did anything. There was even children in there not age appropriate for the age limit of the movie. We where very disappointed. We paid for the movie, bought from your refreshment counter. But couldn't even watch and enjoy the movie. What a waste of our time and money.
