Multichoice Call Center Agent Puts Phone Down?!

I had an E32 error report on DSTV today and, knowing I pay by debit order, I knew this was incorrect. Called Cape Town call center and had it cleared only to have it pop up again 10 minutes later. Called again, by now highly irate and had an agent put the phone down on me. Is this the way you deal with your customers?

Called JHB and was told that they upgraded software and now my smartcard may not work and I should find a way to swap my smartcard in - AGAIN. I have no transport and a spinal problem and this is the second time in about a year you have done this to me. Extremely annoyed.
