Poor Management and Incompetence

Had DSTV installed on Wed 15th Jan 2014, was advised on activation that I would have a double payment deducted from my account as I had arranged for a debit order. The consultant advised that my debit order date had passed for Jan so they would deduct the funds (pro rata) for Jan with my Feb subscription which I concluded was in order. This morning Sun 19th Jan I wake up tp find my services have been suspended and I must now pay for Jan subscription as well as a reconnection fee. I request to speak to a supervisor who then informs me that the consultant misinformed me and that the Jan subs must be payed in advance. I then said "please go listen to your recordings from Jan 15 so that you can hear for yourself that what I am saying is the truth and that you people cant seem to work out your from your elbo. It is now 12:41 and I am still waiting for your useless staff to reconnect my service and return my call with an apology.
