The lady was very rude to me and my friends when we were buying drinks before going to watch a movie, she rudely told us to get out of the queue because we were undecided on what we want to buy and she had customers to serve (which we also are), which she then refuse to serve us and we had to go tho the next cashier, after the movie we then asked for her manager who was very nice to us and called her to apologies and she looked at me from toe to head and rudely said sorry, i have never felt so disrespected and belittled like i did yesterday at ster kinekor Cresta.being shouted at infront of a lot of people like i was a 2 year old is just unacceptable, me and my friends were left humiliated.
