Recently asked for a temporary upgrade and was advised that the pro rate debit would be under R600. To my shock I was debited almost a R1000!? The call centre merely said it's correct with no sign of intelligent life or response... emailed enquiries, waited a week for a response and longer for a call... no one seems to care about customer service or interaction. I did not authorise a debit in advance and am still to receive a refund. If you cannot handle the responsibility of a debit order system I suggest you cancel mine and I'll make manual payments. Please return the funds taken that are not yours, with interest and cancel my debit order. I'll make a point of paying as late as possible in the future so that you can be on the receiving end of inconvenience. Change your behaviour, train your staff, stop money and refer to the terms set out by PASA.
