LATE!
The ps3 I exchanged with Partserv Cape Town on Date: 20th Dec 2013 has still not been delivered to me or partserv.
I can tell you why too:
Its a 160Gig PS3 model and its out of stock..
Sorry guys, 160Gig hard disk sizes haven't been available through any pc supplier for ages now.
That is the reason why I haven't received my replacement.
There arent any.
I told then this when they phoned me initially.
I made it known you wont find 160 and just to upgrade it to the next available hard disk size available from Sony...
You do plan to honor your service agreement right?
The thing is its late now too. I paid, but have received nothing.
You made me wait and I haven't heard anything again since last thursday 9 Jan
So, I'm afraid its going to have to be a ps4 now guys. At your cost.
For my trouble, you know, for waiting, longer, for you.
I expect my next contact with you will be someone phoning me to apologize and my ps4 replacement to be winging its way to me via courier.
