Exemplary service

I bought a pvr explorer and moved to my other residensce. I had my mother who passed aways dstv account and mine. I amalgamated the 2 accounts I took in all documents that were required and was told that the credit that I paid into my moms account would be shifted to my account and linked to me. the boxoffice was never done. I phoned in and was told I had to redo it they then looked into the matter by the help from Oscar who took it on himself to sort somebody elses mistake out. this kind of service you don't get everyewhere where someone will really go the extra mile to sort you out. I find the training at multichoice is far ahead of anyone else.
Oscar must be looked after by multichoice management
he is proud of his job and he does it in an exemplary manne
