Last night I took friend for refreshments at Bigfive club, My friend deposit his car keys to obtain a white pool ball and cubes for a round of pool. They left the pool table where the owner manager Brian Jacobs took took the white ball from the table and also tried to take the cubes. I stood in took the white ball back wher a confrontation started with the owner, He insulted me and also threatened to assult me. with the back up of his companions. This is no way to treat a customer. I am very dissapointed in the running of business at this Venue.
