I paid my dstv account on the 25th november 2013 on the 6th december 2013 they suspended my account. i faxed the proof ofpayment on 15 different occasions to them. each with a new ref number. on the 26th december i paid again on the 5th of january 2014 my account was suspended again cause of non payment. i phoned them and they still didnt received the money for november. each time its a new person and a new ref number with no luck of solving my account problem. the dont want to help me or sort out the problem. i even lock a complaint on their website only with more promises. everytime it costs me more money to phone them and faxing the paperwork. please help me
