The treatment my 70 year old grandparents got from your staff at the Workshop was disgusting. The incident happened on the 17th Dec 2014 when they came to collect their refund for cancelled tickets (Ref: A00000012715570 - Intercape). Instead of assisting, your staff member, a young lady, accused my grandparents of missing the bus and now trying to 'take a chance' and claim a refund without cancelling. I find this attitude from your staff member disgusting - is this the training they receive in assisting the elderly? I demand a full apology from the staff member and compensation for the inconvenience as they were turned away and had to come back a 2nd time. I have copied of their tickets if required.
