I called dstv to downgrade my package to compact and was told that I have to pay R296 which I did only to find out that my service has been suspended, today I spoke to very rude guy named Collin to my amazement I was I short payed by R70 the more I told Collin that was the information given to me the ruder he become. I would like to know why the wrong information was given to me and if any action will be taken against Collin.
