I have been trying to get hold of top tv customer care for more than 2 hours
no one replied or even tried to help help me... i am using the pre paid... i cant load the prepaid because my card is blocked and it seems to be a problem with loads of customers
problem 2... i pay R279 rand and then i must see that channels was taken down... channels that i paid to watch that month... it never gets replaced with a channel that is about the same thing eg... fox retro with what was it replaced?
to contact them today cost me well over a R100... but nothing i could not even speak to one person...
who is going to refund me the that money... who is going to refund for the channels that keeps disapearing
