We went to Sterkinekor at Waterfall mall in Rustenburg, the staff members wernt available & we had to go buy our tickets by the food counter, there was only 1 lady to attend to us & she didn't even greet us & had a sour look on her face throughout her service, she took long to help us, we asked for straws 3times & only gave it to us the last time we asked, we ordered a combo they advertised & she said they didn't have some of the snacks in stock & had to pay more than we wanted to for what we wanted. The service was awful & I doubt I would ever go back there again, & I used to say Sterkinekor was my favourite cinema but this is the first time I was so disappointed!
