Very bad service and poor quality of movies

We went to see Hunger Games on the 16th of December 2013 at 17:45, it was a public holiday. First of all the self service machines were out of order, then when we wanted to get some refreshments 40min before the movie started we waited for over 40 minutes in a queue. The attitudes of the people serving us were very, very bad and didn't care at all. We were late for our movie. So to top it off we had no air conditioner in the cinema or for that matter anywhere in the movie area for two and a half hours we sat in the movie because we paid R120 for two people it is ridiculous really I would never in my life go back to any of your cinemas honestly. I wasted my money. Wish I could speak to the manager on the night but I couldn't find him so that is probably the reason why we had such bad service.
