Waiting for ages for a respond

I have tried three times to sort out the technical error on my decoder by calling the customer care/call centre without success. The answering machine have only limited solution for the problems therefore if you need to talk to a consultant you wait for ages until the cut out. This is pathetic considering what I pay for pvr subscription. Dstv management should realise that you can solve all problems by using the machine.
This is bad and sticking services.
