So disappointed

I am so disappointed in multichoice. They billed me incorrectly a sum of R800. Yesterday i went to go query it at dbn cbd offices nd they reversed the subscriptions. I wake up this morning to a suspended account after paying the correct sum of 290 yesterday!! Ive spent another 110 on airtym trying to get the consultants to sort it out and they keep telling me to hold asthey consult with their supervisors! The least they could do is call me back because they have my number on screen! Now i have to take some time off again! to go to their offices! Attrocious service! This is js a ripping off money making scheme! Its such a disgusting service!
